Unless disabled by your system administrator, you can log in to MailWasher Server and see the list of messages that have been quarantined for you. If you see a message that you would like to retrieve, you can then rescue or download it (unless your system administrator may have disabled these functions).
Rescuing quarantined messages Rescuing a message sends the quarantined message to your mail client inbox, for example, Microsoft Outlook. When messages addressed to multiple recipients are quarantined, they are listed in the quarantined messages for each recipient. When a user rescues a quarantined message, it is sent to that user account's primary email address (which is not necessarily the original recipient address), but not to the other recipients of the message, who can log in and rescue or download it themselves if they want to see the message. Downloading quarantined messages Downloading a message downloads the message directly using your web browser, which will allow you to either save the message to disk, or open it straight from the MailWasher Server website. Note that when you download a message, it does not appear in your inbox, so if you want to keep it you should either rescue it instead, or save the message to disk.
