When one of the MailWasher Server features determines that an incoming message is junk mail, the message is quarantined instead of being allowed through to the recipient's mailbox. Quarantined messages are stored by MailWasher Server and users can view and, unless disabled here, rescue the quarantined messages.
This section allows you to configure the length of time MailWasher Server stores quarantined messages, the quarantined message summary emails MailWasher Server sends to users, whether users are allowed to directly download quarantined messages, and how to handle messages that were sent to an email address for which there is no MailWasher Server user account.
