How to view statistics

The purpose of this task is to view statistics about received messages from MailWasher Server. Statistics can be displayed for:

▪All messages
▪Messages received in the last month, and
▪Messages received between specified date ranges.

Messages can be displayed and downloaded into either CSV or XML formats.

Steps

Complete the following steps to view system statistics.

From the MailWasher Server home page menu, select System statistics. The System Statistics page displays.

Select the radio button corresponding to the message statistics that you want to display. Select from:

▪Show statistics for all messages
▪Show statistics for messages received in the last month, or
▪Show statistics for messages received between ... and use the drop down selection list to select the required date range.

Click gobutton to display the selected statistics. Statistics are displayed for the:

▪total messages received by MailWasher Server
▪reason for blocking, and
▪action taken.

If you want to download the statistics, select the required format. Select either:

▪Download day-by-day statistics in CSV format, or
▪Download day-by-day statistics in XML format.

Your browser begins downloading the CSV or XML file. This task is now complete.
