How to deactivate a real-time blackhole list (RBL) service

The purpose of this task is to prevent MailWasher Server from checking incoming messages against a particular real-time blackhole list (RBL).

Steps

By default, MailWasher Server does not check mail against any RBL services. Complete the following steps if you have previously activated an RBL service and now want to stop MailWasher Server from using it.

From the MailWasher Server home page menu, select Real-time blackhole lists under System Configuration. The System Configuration - Real-time blackhole list services page displays.

Deselect the checkbox next to the RBL you want to deactivate and click updatebutton.
