The purpose of this task is to customize the message sent to the original sender when messages are rejected with notification.
See Automated emails sent by MailWasher Server for more information on when these messages are sent.
Steps
Complete the following steps to configure rejected message notifications.

From the MailWasher Server home page menu, select Rejection notices. The System Configuration – Rejection notices page displays.

Enter the required Subject and text of the message notification in the Reject with notification notice email template area.
The following tokens can be used:
| ▪ | [sender] – the sender address of the rejected email message. |
| ▪ | [rcpts] – recipient address the rejected email message was sent to. |
| ▪ | [from] – the From field of the rejected email message. |
| ▪ | [to] – the To field of the rejected email message. |
| ▪ | [cc] – the CC field of the rejected email message. |
| ▪ | [subject] – the Subject field of the rejected email message. |
| ▪ | [date] - the Date field of the rejected email message. |
| ▪ | [processed] – the date and time the email was processed by MailWasher Server. |
| ▪ | [reason] – reason the email message was rejected. |

Select the radio button corresponding to the required option for sending message notifications. Select from:
| ▪ | Don't include the original message |
| ▪ | Include the original message as an attachment |
| ▪ | Include the original message in the body. If you choose this option, enter the maximum amount of the original message, in kilobytes, that you want to include in the notification message in the Include at most X kb of the original message field. |
