This task is used to set the address to be used for junk mail submissions and to configure the standard text to be sent to users when required, to advise them that they have not submitted their junk mail correctly as an attachment.
MailWasher Server intercepts all messages sent to this email address, sends a reply if no attachment is found, and otherwise optionally uploads the submission to FirstAlert!. See Junk mail submissions overview for more information.
Steps
Complete the following steps to configure junk mail submissions.

From the MailWasher Server home page menu, select Junk mail submissions. The System Configuration – Junk mail submissions page displays.

Enter the address to which you want junk mail sent in the Junk mail submission email address field.

In the When no message is found attached to messages sent to the junk mail submission email address, send a reply using the following email template area, enter the Subject and notification text that you want to send.
The following tokens can be used:

| ▪ | [sender] – sender address of the rejected email message. |
| ▪ | [from] – from field of the rejected email message. |
| ▪ | [subject] – subject field of the rejected message. |
