How to add an email address to the whitelist

The purpose of this task is to add an email address to the whitelist.

Adding an email address to the Whitelist guarantees that MailWasher Server accepts all messages sent from that email address, even messages MailWasher Server would normally treat as junk mail. See Email address lists overview for more information.

Steps

Complete the following steps to add an email address to the Whitelist address list.

From the MailWasher Server home page menu, select whitelist. The Email Address Lists - whitelist page displays.

Enter the email address that you want to add to the whitelist in the Add new address field.

note You can use simple wildcards in the address if you want to match, for example, an entire domain. See Using wildcards in email address lists for more information.

Click addbutton to add the address to the list. The Email Address Lists - whitelist displays, showing the new address in the list. This task is now complete.
