How to add an email address to the bounce list

Adding an email address to the bounce list guarantees that MailWasher Server blocks all messages sent from that email address, quarantining them and bouncing the message back to the sender, making it appear that the email address they were sending to no longer exists. See Email address lists overview for more information.

Complete the following steps to add an email address to the bounce address list.

Step	Action
1	From the MailWasher Server home page menu, select Bounce list. The Email Address Lists - Bounce list page displays.
2	Enter the email address that you want to add to the Bounce list in the Add new address field. You can use simple wildcards in the address if you want to match, for example, an entire domain. See Using wildcards in email address lists for more information.
3	Click to add the address to the list. The Email Address Lists - Bounce list displays, showing the new address in the list. This task is now complete.
