I have been using computers for years and to be honest with you i am still not great with understanding somethings with them. Infact i had to get my wife to help me with setting up the program. Now my wife knows about as must as computers as i do but we both have an understanding on different programs.

All in All what i'm trying to say here is when it comes to software/computers we all can tend to get a brain fart and need help, no matter what our genre.
