Support system upgrade

Well this morning we all got up much earlier than usual and upgraded the backend to our support systems. It appears like everything is working as expected, but if you notice any problems then let us know through our new support system ;)

The whole upgrade took about 4 hours, so with the early morning start we were finished by about 2pm.

mailwasher for mac suddenly won't run. it appears in the dock for a second then disappears. any suggestions? i'm using the latest intel imac with the latest osx.
it happened after updating dreamweaver, itunes and quicktime.
